What if we lived LIFE WITHOUT BOUNDS?I've been tossing these three words around for the past 2 years, because we all need a mantra. Life should be lived without regret and embraced fervently with joy. I'm a "lifestyle" photographer, because I believe that people are so very important and that the fabric of our lives needs to be captured in it's unique and wonderful beauty. Because very few things last forever I believe I have an important role to play as a photographer.
I want to be the one that helps document and immortalize your life for generations to come.
It is my goal to provide remarkable images for everyone at a reasonable price point. I see a growing trend in photography that out prices the average consumer establishing an air of importance and like most consumer products, elitism. I don't think your family portraits, senior pictures or even your wedding day should cost a fortune. Above all I strive to capture your life in it's true beauty, but you can count on digital negatives with every package and the right to print your own pictures as you desire.
Love Without End
As someone of German heritage and a native of Pennsylvania I carry the image of a Distlefink in my logo and on my person as a reminder of where I come from and the good fortune that brought me to where I am today.
The Distlefink is a Pennsylvania Dutch symbol commonly used on Hex Signs to represent good luck and happiness. Elements accompanying the folk image can include tulips which represent faith and hearts for love. The word translated from the original German phrase means "Thistle Finch", a term for the Goldfinch.
I've been blessed with an amazing family both here in Colorado and on the East Coast where I was born and raised. I was fortunate to attend an amazing college where I obtained a degree in Visual Media Arts and a concentration in photography. I'm thrilled to have taken my camera all over the US, throughout Europe and beyond. I am thankful every day to be living my dreams and sharing them with the world and I look forward to hearing your story too.
